Today (September 30, 2025), Daxing Roller completed the shipment of two Suction Rolls from its spacious, well-equipped factory workshop. These rolls, after undergoing professional maintenance by the company’s technical team, have been restored to factory-level precision, ready for their next phase of service.
The comprehensive repair process included several key steps:
- Disassembling and assembling the suction boxs;
- Honing the inner shells of roll shells for enhanced accuracy;
- Thoroughly cleaning the vacuum chambers;
- Replacing air tubes and sealing strips to ensure airtight performance;
- Correcting dynamic balance to meet the operational requirement of 1300 meter per minute.
